I’m a Sport and Exercise Psychologist with a passion for helping athletes thrive — mentally, emotionally and in performance. I’ve worked with athletes at every level, from Premier League academies to GB para teams, giving me a deep understanding of the pressures and psychology behind high performance.
As a former elite athlete, I know what it’s like to chase big goals, hit setbacks and push your limits. That lived experience helps me connect with athletes in a real, grounded way — because I’ve been there too.
